  An invoice will be issued within 24 business hours and will include:

  Orders are confirmed and production begins once payment is received.

• Wholesale price is 50% of retail price shown on sarapatinojewelry.com

  SHIPPING

• Free UPS Shipping when purchased through sarapatinojewelry.com
• Shipping insurance available upon request
• International shipping available (shipping cost/duties/taxes customer responsibility)

  PAYMENT TERMS

• Checks accepted, and production begins once it is received.
• Payment in full required prior to production

  MINIMUM ORDERS

• Opening Order: $1000 minimum
• Reorder Minimum: $500

  RETURNS/EXCHANGES

• Defective merchandise: Full refund/exchange within 30 days of delivery
• Non defective returns: Not accepted on made-to-order items.
  

  LEADTIMES 

• Wholesale orders are made to order with a 4-6 week production time
• If items are in stock, you will be notified that your order can ship immediately if needed.
