For US orders, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order for unworn or unused items. 

We accept returns on all items except for any diamond rings and diamond necklaces, since these are made to order to your size.

TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND:

1. You must request a refund by email within 10 days of receiving your jewelry.
2. It must be returned in the same condition it was received.
3. Send return request email with your first and last name, and order confirmation number to: sara@sarapatinojewelry.com. 
4. We will send you a return address label.
5. Send the item within 3 days. Once we receive your item it will be reviewed by our customer care team.
6. Please allow 2-3 business days to process the return. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
