RETURNS, REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT & REPAIRS

RETURNS & REFUNDS (WITHIN 14 DAYS)

We accept returns and exchanges for U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Log into your account via the profile icon on sarapatinojewelry.com
  2. Open your order and select the item you’d like to return
  3. Click “Request Return” and submit your request
  4. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Ship your item within 7 business days of receiving the label

You can track your return status through your account and via email updates.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for processing after receipt
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

STORE CREDIT (14–30 DAYS)

Returns requested between 14–30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only, provided the item meets the same return conditions. Follow "Return Request" steps above to submit a request.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

REPAIRS

We’re happy to offer repairs on a case-by-case basis.

To request a repair, please email:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue
  • How the damage occured
